同济大学建筑与城市规划学院景观系教授、博士生导师。同济大学风景园林工学学士、城市规划工学硕士、博士学位；曾任英国利物浦大学访问学者、美国总统基金高级访问学者、同济大学景观规划研究所所长、上海2010世博会高级技术顾问。
现任：国家住建部专家委员会专家、世界华人建筑师协会城市特色学术委员会主任委员、上海虹桥商务区核心区风貌总控常务顾问、上海（迪士尼）国际旅游度假区顾问；注册城市规划师。
